We have finished with our shapes.  We will continue to review them!


Chapel Message: Joseph Forgives His brothers


Each child will need a pair of gloves at school on Tuesday.  They will come home on Tuesday in the same shape you sent them in.


From now until November 18th we are collecting boxes and bags of cereal to help stock the shelves at the Evansville Christian Life Center. A Flyer was sent home about this earlier this week,


From now until November 12th we are doing a fundraiser with Doodlesticks by Amy.  She is giving back 15% of her sales.  These will make wonderful Christmas gifts for grandparents!


Wednesday, November 11th we will be closed for Veteran's Day!




Monday November 23rd- We will be having Parent-Teacher Conferences.  I have 15 minute time slots beginning at 8:30 and continuing until noon.  If you will need a time outside of this please let me know and we can try to figure out another time to meet. I will have a sign up sheet hanging up outside the classroom for you to sign up on. You will receive your child's report card at that time.  Kids are welcome to attend.  I will set up things for them to do while we are meeting.  However, some kids get uncomfortable having their parents and teacher talking about them while they are in the room.


There is NO SCHOOL November 23-26.  Enjoy Thanksgiving with your family and friends!

Upcoming dates:


October 22nd- please return the rsvp for the mission Sunday at Bluegrass church. We need to know whether your child is coming or not. The more kids we have the more money we tend to receive. 


October 25th- mission moment at Bluegrass Church


October 28- Goebel Farms fieldtrip.  The bus will leave school at 8:30.


October 29- Halloween party 9-9:40. Kids may wear their costumes but they need to be bathroom friendly.

Number:  This week we will be reviewing the numbers 1-7.  We will also be reviewing the 7 days of creation.

Chapel: We will be talking about Joseph and his coat of many colors.


Upcoming Events:


Home For Your Heart Mission Moment- The kids will be singing one song at the end of the 9:30 service and the beginning of the 10:50 service.   Please meet us in the lobby if you do not drop them off in Sunday School.
